🧑‍🎨 ICYMI: Shawn Magee in the Spotlight

In our latest Artist Spotlight, we heard from Shawn Magee from SMD Racing. In addition to a wide range of paint scheme art in the NASCAR world, Shawn’s also done work designing race-win trophies, a unique feather in his cap.

🎁 A Minor Paint Builder Update

We quietly released a small update to Paint Builder this week. This update fixes a few minor bugs and improves some compatibility for the new Number Layers feature.

New

  • Added a “Refresh List” button to the My Uploads screen. This way, if you send a layer to Paint Builder via Number Builder, you can quickly reload your list of uploads without the need to reload the entire Paint Builder app.

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where an error message appeared when attempting to clone a project.
  • Fixed an issue where text layers were not loading reliably in Firefox.
  • Fixed an issue where links were not styled properly in the What’s New display.

✨ New Verified Official Paint

Alpha Prime Racing Creative Director Ryan Pistana posted Brennan Poole’s 2026 Macc Door Systems paint he’ll race in the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. It’s just as sharp and colorful as ever.
