Welcome to This Week on Trading Paints, the pulse on what’s happening in the Trading Paints world.

🎨 New: Logo Sharing in Paint Builder

This week, we added the ability to copy a URL that links directly to one of your My Uploads layers with other Paint Builder users. This is useful for quickly sharing a layer with friends who use Paint Builder!

We’ve also fixed a few bugs related to grouped layers.

🧑‍🎨 ICYMI: Jason Dakins in the Spotlight

For this month’s Artist Spotlight, we caught up with Jason Dakins, a highly active painter in the community. Jason sharpened his skills through sim racing, developing into a career designing for iconic teams in both sports cars and now oval racing.

✨ New Verified Official Paints

Some new official paints have landed in the Showroom this week thanks to teams and painters, if you want to race like the pros.

Kyle Busch was set to run this design at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series before his passing. Corey Day will race this truck in honor of Kyle Busch. This design has been ported in to Iracing using the official print file of the car, and is posted by the original designer on behalf of HendrickCars.Com Personally, Kyle was my favorite driver. I picked him out as a kid because “that guy is driving a candy car.” Being able to design this truck for Kyle is something I will cherish forever, and while he did not get to race the truck on track, he still saw, and stood beside one of my designs, and that means the world to me. Godspeed, KFB.
